Sarah Doll serves as Chief People Officer of Wheels, with responsibility for leading our people strategy and advancing Wheels’ culture to continue to build an environment where client success is central and employees are supported and challenged to grow. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading organizations through periods of growth, building high-performing teams, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and implementing people strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Most recently, Sarah served as Chief People Officer at Vivid Seats, where she built and scaled a strategic people function supporting a rapidly growing organization. Prior to that, she was Chief People Officer at Snapsheet, where she developed the company’s human resources infrastructure during a period of significant expansion. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years at Enova International in progressive human resource leadership roles. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Michigan and has served as a Talent Advisory Board member for the Illinois Technology Association.
