Chris Watkins heads our operations organization with a focus on operational excellence, our future state and key transformational initiatives. Chris brings more than 30 years of experience and has a deep understanding of customer-focused business operations, including process improvement through metrics, enhanced performance, and the use of technology.
Chris previously held several positions at Assurant for 13 years, including vice president of operations transformation, operations performance and technology, and he worked for Hewlett Packard for 17 years as section director of strategic planning, customer experience and outsourcing.
