Jessie Gill serves as the Chief of Staff at Wheels, providing strategic and financial advice while leading strategic initiatives, change management, and special projects for the office of the CEO.
In her role as part of the executive leadership team, Jessie both supports the CEO and also collaborates with the executive leadership team on new strategic initiatives and projects designed to enhance the Wheels business. Her expertise is essential in driving consensus, alignment, and execution across the organization.
Jessie brings more than 15 years of progressive experience as a Chief of Staff, specializing in leadership, business operations, project management, change management, and consulting. She has a proven track record of working cross-functionally with leaders and department heads to prioritize opportunities, meet deadlines, and achieve targeted results.
Jessie holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and received a Change Management Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She has also served on multiple non-profit boards, including the Showcase Group and Tomorrow’s Luminaries Foundation.
