Wheels Employee Safety

Wheels has been actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and planning to ensure the safety and security of our people as well as continued service delivery to our clients.  

Wheels has enacted our business continuity plan in order to keep our community safe

  • Ceased all business travel.
  • Implemented procedures around returning to the office following personal travel.
  • Implemented a remote work policy for majority of our workforce (nearly 90% of our workforce).
  • For workers that need to come into the office, implemented a social distancing floorplan.
  • Moved to virtual meetings for all client and other business partner engagements.
  • Recommended CDC guided hygiene practices.
  • Distributed hand sanitizer to each employee, additional cleaning of high touch areas throughout offices.
