Wheels Wins Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards in The 2020 American Business Awards
Des Plaines, Ill. May 21, 2020 — Wheels, Inc. a leader in the automotive fleet management and services industry won silver and bronze Stevie® Awards in the 18th Annual American Business Awards®.
Wheels’ Process & Quality Management (PQM) Team was awarded the silver Stevie in the Customer Service Team of the Year category. While delivering superior customer service is embedded within each department at Wheels, the PQM team serves a special purpose. They act as the internal champions of the Wheels 360+ Quality Assurance Program. For example, the PQM team conducts five-day Kaizen workshops where stakeholders from internal departments, supplier partners and client organizations meet to diagnose an opportunity and chart the path toward resolution. Additionally, the PQM team developed a new responsiveness methodology for communicating completion timelines for client requests and implemented a new suite of internal metrics to ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner.
The 2019 Wheels Results+ Fleet Performance Summit was awarded the bronze Stevie in the Corporate & Community, Customer Engagement Event category. During this two-day event, more than 180 fleet professionals gathered to showcase client success stories and share best practices with peers. Attendees receive an industry update from Wheels President and CEO Dan Frank, a preview of the upcoming product development roadmap by Chief Operating Officer Ahsan Rahim and a special behind-the-scenes look during the Open House Product and Technology Showcase.
