Des Plaines, Ill. February 27, 2019 — Wheels, Inc. a leader in the automotive fleet management and services industry was named the winner of Stevie awards in two categories in the 13th Annual American Business Awards® for Sales and Customer Service.
Wheels’ FleetView™ Mobile app was awarded a Silver Stevie in the Best Use of Customer Insight category. From inception to execution, FleetView Mobile was developed using client insights and feedback collected from Wheels’ User Experience Team. Wheels observed user behavior through on-site visits and interviewed fleet professionals to understand the situations in which they would use the app, and then built out a series of use cases that were used to rapidly develop the app’s key features.
In addition, Wheels’ Vehicle Order Management System was awarded a Bronze Stevie in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category. Wheels enhanced the technology behind the system to proactively track vehicle order statuses and streamline communications between key stakeholders. The process ensures vehicles are delivered on-time and all stakeholders are kept informed with timely, accurate status updates.
