Wheels Inc Named One of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work for
Des Plaines, Ill, June 7, 2018 – Wheels, Inc., a leader in the automotive fleet leasing and management industry, was named one of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” in 2018 by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR). This competition honors and recognizes organizations that display a commitment to excellence in employee enrichment as well as dedication to overall employee satisfaction.
This is the 8th consecutive year that Wheels has been selected as a “Best and Brightest” company. Each year, an independent research firm appraises Chicagoland nominees based on various criteria in order to determine which companies will make the “Best and Brightest” list. Assessment categories include communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more. Employee surveys are also considered in the selection process.
