Wheels Celebrated for Innovation, Culture, and Client Impact with Stevie Wins
Wheels is excited to announce that we have been recognized with three prestigiousAmerican Business Awards, also known as the Stevies. These honors recognize our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in business.
The Stevie Awards represent one of the most prestigious accolades in the global business community. Celebrated for their rigorous judging standards and highly competitive selection process, the Stevie Awards honor outstanding achievements and innovations across industries, showcasing exemplary leadership, creativity, and organizational excellence. The awards recognize notable accomplishments occurring over the two years prior to the award.
This year, Wheels has been honored in three categories: Corporate Social Responsibility, DEI, and Productivity Apps.
Silver Stevie for Corporate Social Responsibility

This Silver Stevie recognizes key milestones in Corporate Social Responsibility achieved by Wheels since January 2023. The program centers on environmental sustainability, social impact, and ethical governance. Highlights include managing nearly 70,000 sustainable vehicles and helping clients reduce approximately 429 million pounds of carbon emissions annually through the EcoWheels program. The company also advanced its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategy through six core focus areas: Celebration, External Engagement, Recruiting, the Community Action Program (CAP), Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Supplier Diversity.
Further demonstrating our commitment to responsible business practices, Wheels joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2024, aligning with internationally recognized principles on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. That same year, Wheels was also honored as one of the “Top 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation.”
Silver Stevie for Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion



Over the past two years, Wheels refreshed their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) program – aimed at strengthening our culture, reflecting best practices and driving meaningful progress. Throughout 2023 and 2024, the DEIB Committee spearheaded initiatives fostering inclusion, belonging, and authentic employee engagement. Highlights include the monthly Be the Voice discussion series, the See Me Stories spotlight campaign shared internally and through AFLA, and the Diverse Voices blog featuring 26 employee-written articles.
Wheels started their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with Women in Motion and Celebrating a Neurodiverse You, launched a supplier diversity panel, and developed a community partnership hiring initiative for underrepresented groups. Company-wide participation in cultural celebrations and inclusive hiring practices, paired with core team training on bias reduction and inclusive language, reflect Wheels’ deep commitment to belonging. Wheels embeds these practices strategically and actively across the organization to ensure lasting impact, employee empowerment, and leadership-driven change.
Bronze Stevie for Pool CheckOut feature in Wheels Mobile Assistant (WMA)


Wheels Mobile Assistant (WMA) is an advanced fleet management app designed to improve productivity and streamline operations for both drivers and fleet managers through real-time data integration. The app’s latest feature, Pool CheckOut—officially launched in June 2024 following an 18-month beta test—streamlines shared vehicle management through automated reservation, check-in/out processes, digital inspections, and integrated digital/keyless or kiosk-based key management. By providing real-time vehicle utilization data and insights directly through Wheels’ FleetView platform, Pool CheckOut significantly reduces administrative tasks, increases transparency, optimizes overall fleet operations and supports fleet mobility programs.
