Electric vehicles are an important part of the future state of mobility. So, how do you include electric vehicles in your fleet policy?
Shonn Glenn, senior director of account management at Wheels, shares some areas the fleet consulting team recommends to clients.
At Wheels, we continually collect feedback to improve our technology tools. As a result, we are pleased to announce several areas of expanded functionality in FleetView™.
Fleet Requests
Use this feature to view all of the fleet activities in which Wheels is working on your behalf. Through Fleet Requests, you can both view the status and details of requests in progress and submit straightforward requests to Wheels.
We have expanded this functionality to support document attachments for easier collaboration with Wheels.
- Attach documents and files when you create a new request through FleetView
- Add attachments to an existing open request
- View copies of documents that are associated with requests when viewing request details
Risk and Safety
We have also made a series of usability enhancements to our Risk and Safety tools.
- Extended the ability to select and change the applied Risk Profile to the Driver Performance section of FleetView, in addition to the Risk Mitigation section.
- Displayed the driver name more prominently on individual Driver Performance and MVR details screens to make the records easier to review.
- Enhanced the Driver Performance section with additional detail on Policy History.
If you have any questions, please reach out to a member of your Wheels Account Team or email fleetviewfeedback@wheels.com.
