At Wheels, we’re always looking for ways to improve our offerings to make your job easier and your fleet drivers more productive and satisfied. That’s why this week we’re featuring some recent enhancements to FleetView™.
Dashboard Updates: New metrics and features have been added to the dashboards below.
Fuel Expense Dashboard
- Metrics for electricity, including breaking out kWh from traditional fuel, calculating costs per unit (kWh vs. gal/lit) and total purchased
- Engine Fuel Type is now a filterable item
- Fuel economy KPIs to measure the fuel economy equivalent (MPGe or Le/100km), inclusive of kWh
EcoWheels – CO2 Emissions & Fuel Economy Dashboard
- Additional units of measure to capture CO2 emissions in pounds, grams, kilograms, tons, and metric tons
- Engine Fuel Type as a filter category
- Dynamic text to identify where usage of electricity & alternate fuels has improved KPIs
- Electricity (kWh) is separate from traditional fuel (gasoline, diesel)
- Fuel economy KPIs to measure the fuel economy equivalent (MPGe or Le/100km), inclusive of kWh
Fuel Transactions Dashboard
- Both home and public charging transactions to the report, as well as to the Fuel tab in Vehicles & Drivers
- Separate units of measure to show Gallons, LItres, kWh, & Other
- Level of charger being used while charging to bring context to potentially higher cost-per-kWh costs
Reporting Center: Great progress has been made replacing our legacy reporting with the latest and greatest dashboards. However, there are a few new, non-dashboard reports that we retained. To make those easier to find, we have moved the following schedulable reports to the main page of the FleetView Reporting Center: Lease Accounting, Driver Training, Motor Vehicle Records, Policy Compliance,.
Custom Query Tool (CQT) Excel Downloads: There is now a “Download Excel” button on dashboards and in the CQT workflow that will let users immediately start downloading the Excel data without going through multiple screens.
Industry Reference: The ‘Reference’ page has a new look and more streamlined information, including a matrix of available Electric Vehicles.
