New Additions to FleetView’s Reporting Center
A “Request Help” feature has been added to the Wheels Mobile Assistant app that bypasses a Driver’s need to make a phone call. With a tap of a button, Drivers can now quickly request assistance through the app, by choosing from a variety of categories and sub-categories, such as fuel, registration, violations, and more.
With this enhancement, Drivers will be able to:
- Save time. Easily submit specific tasks for completion through the app.
- Track requests. Monitor the status of requests directly in the app.
- Receive status updates. Receive an email when the case is updated as well as see status changes in the app.
If your Drivers don’t have the Wheels Mobile Assistant app, they can download it for free from the app store and log in with their DriverView User ID and Password.
