FleetView Product Update
The following are for FleetView Users only
A new push notification is rolling out in the Wheels Mobile Assistant. Drivers will receive a notification on their mobile device whenever a “Help Request” status is updated, prompting them to log in to the mobile app to view the latest status.
Pool CheckOut also has several updates:
- Auto-Assign Vehicles: Vehicles can now be automatically assigned to drivers during the reservation process, simplifying the process for drivers.
- Configurable Booking Window: Administrators can now set limits on how far in advance a vehicle can be booked.
- Booking Durations: A minimum and/or maximum number of days for vehicle reservations can now be specified for each pool.
