Joe Hanlon leads the finance function, which includes, accounting, credit, risk management, tax, reimbursement operations, internal controls, compliance and treasury. He also oversees finance for Capteris. Before joining Wheels Donlen in 2022, Joe was BMO’s Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Personal and Commercial Banking units. In that capacity, Joe led the finance team in support of the personal and commercial finance teams for planning, stress testing, and business decision making. Before BMO, Joe had a 25+-year career with GE and GE Capital, where he held a series of roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in several GE Capital divisional CFO roles in the equipment and commercial lending space.
