For example, our mileage validation model has drastically reduced odometer data errors, while our automated repair order review system can approve routine repairs with more than 99% accuracy.

Wheels also received recognition in the Product category for our AI-powered policy intelligence platform designed to make it easier to navigate fleet policies. 

Fleet policies can often be long and complex which is why Wheels built this platform on decades on operational knowledge and a deep understanding of how fleet policies are created and applied. The tool automatically aggregates client-specific policy documents and delivers clear, accurate answers. 

Early use shows that this platform can reduce policy-related call time by at least one minute per interaction, while also improving consistency in the answers drivers receive.
