Suresh Rajapakse serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Wheels, where he leads the company’s end-to-end commercial strategy, including sales, client management, client services, client analytics, and strategic programs.

In this role, Suresh is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and aligning commercial capabilities to deliver a more integrated and consistent experience across the full client lifecycle. He also oversees international support in collaboration with Wheels’ global alliance partner, Ayvens.

Suresh’s leadership is focused on bringing a unified approach to how Wheels goes to market, serves clients, and scales its capabilities – ensuring the organization delivers both near-term performance and long-term value for its clients.

With more than two decades of experience in the fleet management industry, Suresh brings a diverse background spanning sales, account management, business development, and marketing. He has built deep expertise in leading cross-functional teams, fostering long-term partnerships, optimizing supply chains, and delivering strategic cost management for complex, enterprise-level fleets around the globe.

Suresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia, and has completed executive management education at Cranfield University in the UK. He currently serves as President and Executive Board Member of the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA).
