Vice President, Client Management

Bob oversees an organization of AVPs and Fleet Consulting Executives that cover the United States and Canada. Together, they use Wheels’ Fleet Performance Program methodology to deliver strategic support to our clients. He is responsible for working with clients and vendors to develop business plans that deliver significant process improvements and ongoing cost savings. Through regular site visits, discussions, and business reviews, his team works with each client to establish and review policies and strategies, evaluate performance trends, and proactively identify opportunities for success. His consultative support is focused on helping each client achieve a best-in-class, cost-effective, and optimally run fleet. ​

Prior to joining Wheels in 2016, Bob spent over 15 years with J.P. Morgan Chase, primarily in Executive Leadership roles responsible for Account Management, Client Services, Implementations, and Operations functions across the globe. During his time with J.P. Morgan Chase, Bob demonstrated a proven track record of improving client experience, was co-chair of a committee dedicated to employee engagement, development, and spent a great deal of time in the shared services and technology space, which made him adapt at leveraging analytics and data to make strategic decisions.  Bob is presently an active member of both AFLA (Automotive Fleet Leasing Association) and NAFA (National Association of Fleet Administrators), attending local chapter meetings, conferences, and other ​industry events to further his knowledge and grow his skills within the Fleet industry.​
