Roadside PinPoint to Help Find the Disablement Location
- This enhancement allows a dispatch agent to send an SMS text message to those callers/drivers who do not know where they are, reducing dispatch time.
- Accurate location information (latitude and longitude) is pulled up instantaneously once the driver clicks the link and selects ‘allow’.
- Improves customer experience by being able to send a truck more quickly.
Towing Visibility for Driver
- Enhanced integrations between towing digital platforms to capture photos during pick up and drop off
- Provide a better customer experience as the driver will continue to be able to watch the provider arrive on scene and dispatch will have access to photos at the dispatch level
Roadside Weblink to Request Assistance via Text
- This will give the caller/driver an ability to select the option to receive an SMS text.
- The driver will request roadside without speaking to an agent and will need the following:
- Vehicle number or VIN
- Fill out all required fields
- Dispatch will be sent to the next available agent for completion.
- Driver to receive text confirming service setup.
- Outbound calls to the driver only when needed.
