This is the 11th\u202fyear Wheels received the honor. Wheels and the other selected organizations were honored at a virtual celebration presentation on July 22.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cAlthough this year has been filled with uncertainty, our commitment to our employees has not wavered,\u201d said Mary Formosa, vice president of human resources at Wheels. \u201cNo matter the situation, everyone at Wheels works hard to foster a culture where people feel safe and valued. We are proud to be recognized for this achievement.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A third-party research firm appraises Chicagoland companies based on various criteria, such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention. Employee surveys are also considered in the selection process.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Wheels commits to the success of its employees from the start of employment by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, combined with the encouragement to continuously learn and grow. Throughout employees\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wheels.com\/public\/careers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">careers<\/a> at Wheels, the company offers a variety of benefits, such as educational opportunities, wellness programs, and a focus on professional development.
