Des Plaines, Ill, June 7, 2018 – Wheels, Inc., a leader in the automotive fleet leasing and management industry, was named one of \u201cChicago\u2019s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For\u201d in 2018 by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR). This competition honors and recognizes organizations that display a commitment to excellence in employee enrichment as well as dedication to overall employee satisfaction.<\/p>\n
This is the 8th consecutive year that Wheels has been selected as a \u201cBest and Brightest\u201d company. Each year, an independent research firm appraises Chicagoland nominees based on various criteria in order to determine which companies will make the \u201cBest and Brightest\u201d list. Assessment categories include communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more. Employee surveys are also considered in the selection process.<\/p>\n
