Drivers can expect to receive a registration and a provisionary plate valid for 45 days, which will have the new plate number until the metal plate arrives. Or if preferred, Wheels can handle the set-up with an executed POA. Clients should confirm a subdivision has been created based on the appropriate Wheels office that they use. Wheels will send plates with the most cost-effective trackable mailing option to the address on file.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This information is subject to change as the SAAQ offices develop this process.
