Many jurisdictions require businesses to establish and maintain an active business setup to complete the licensing and titling procedures. Your organization must work directly with your local secretary of state and\/or the ministries of transportation to complete the arrangement. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>With the recent surge of manufacturer cut-offs and increased orders, Wheels developed the downloadable guide below as a reference for key jurisdictions that require online setup. To comply with state and provincial laws, vehicles should be titled, plated and registered in the jurisdictions in which they operate and\/or are garaged.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business Names<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The name registered with the jurisdiction must match exactly as requested on the registration and title documents. If it does not, this can create delays or rejections during processing. If a business registration is needed, it\u2019s recommended to consult your tax, finance or risk departments to properly complete the step.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Fortunately, many states and provinces offer online tools to assist. In Wheels\u2019 experience, the jurisdictions listed below require an active setup to continue with the plating process \u2014 and avoid unnecessary delays.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Vehicle Paperwork<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>New vehicle paperwork will be held until the online setup has been completed.
