MVR Update

This screen displays personal information needed to obtain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Either update the information provided and/or fill in the blank fields. Once all the required fields are filled with correct information, click the Next button. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk.

To use this screen:

  1. Review the displayed information.

  2. Update information if necessary.

  3. Fill in all required fields.

  4. Once all fields are populated, click the Next button to update the information and to return to the previous screen.

An MVR is needed by your fleet office for each driver who will be driving your company vehicle. MVRs can only be obtained with the correct required information.
