Wheels Pool

• Wheels Pool: General pool of fleet equipped vehicles for emergency use by all Wheels Clients
• Surplus Pool: Pool vehicles that may include non-standard or additional equipment
• The Wheels Pool inventory can be viewed on FleetView in the Ordering tab/Pool Vehicles
  • Available Pool vehicles are ready for pick-up or transportation to driver location within 48 hours of assignment from pool inventory.
  • Call your account executive to reserve your Wheels Pool vehicle for assignment.

Manufacturer Pool

• GM's E-Fleet maintains a variety of models. Available inventory changes daily. Call your account executive for details on GM's E-Fleet availability.
• Ford Rapid Order Fulfillment Pool (ROFP) has a good supply of Ford Fusion available. Inventory levels change daily. Call your account executive for details on ROFP availability.
• Toyota E-Mediate pool offers inventory of several models to fleet customers for immediate needs. These vehicles are at ports and can be shipped to dealer of choice for delivery within 2-4 weeks.

  • To reserve units or for additional information on e-mmediate availability and allocation process., contact your account executive
    • Reserve option is limited to maximum of 5 vehicles
    • Reserve expires in 24 hours

Out of Stock (Dealer Stock) Purchases

• Dealer inventory continues to decline on most popular vehicles as manufacturers reduce vehicle production, therefore it is important that located vehicles are approved just as soon as possible to reduce the chance of unit being sold to retail customer or another fleet management company.
• Fleet specific options / package combinations may not be available in the retail market. When requesting vehicle locates from dealer inventory, please provide second or third color choice as well as must have options or options not required /allowed. This will help expedite the locate process in the event we are unable to locate vehicle specific to template, or requested color / option combination.
• FleetView now offers the ability for users to initiate a vehicle locate or purchase through dealer stock online. The Out of Stock Request Form, located in FleetView's Ordering Section, offers the ability to:
  • Submit a purchase request through dealer stock for a new or existing driver
  • Provide detailed vehicle specifications and special instructions
  • Provide instructions for working with preferred dealers
     
  The form was designed to collect detailed request information to help reduce overall processing time.  If you have any questions about how to use the new functionality, or would like to enable it as part of your FleetView profile, please contact a member of your account team.
